Virtual: 6th Annual Sweat It Out 5K

Jamie and Hank Duke are hosting their 6th Annual Sweat It Out 5K to benefit the National Foundation for Ectodermal Dysplasias (NFED) in honor of their son, Nicholas, who is affected by hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia. This annual event was supposed to be held on June 6th but due to COVID-19, is now virtual from April 20 through June 30.

They hope to raise awareness for the NFED and individuals affected by ectodermal dysplasias.

All race participants receive a quality t-shirt.

Cost

• 5K Run/Walk – Price is $30 plus $3.50 if you register April 1 – May 29. Price is $35 race fee plus $4 sign-up fee if you register from May 30 – June 30.
• Fun Run (Children 8 years and younger) – $10 per person race fee plus $2.75 sign-up fee
