Transportation
The NFED will provide free transportation via coach bus from the National Family Conference site (the Hilton Garden Inn in O’Fallon, IL) to The Chase Park Plaza, (212 North Kingshighway, St. Louis) for all guests attending the 30th Anniversary Gala. There will be two departure times going to the Chase to accommodate guests’ schedules and one bus departure leaving the Chase to return to the Hilton. Please note that if you opt for the second departure, you will miss the reception and balloon release portion of the Gala. You must sign up for transportation by July 13th by faxing this form to 618-566-4718 or by scanning and emailing this form to Jackie at Jackie@nfed.org.
First Departure – Hilton Garden Inn to The Chase Park Plaza
3:45 p.m. – Meet in lobby at The Hilton Garden Inn and board bus. Lea Richardson from our NFED staff will be there to coordinate.
4 p.m. – Bus #1 departs for St. Louis.
4:45 p.m. – Bus arrives at The Chase Park Plaza. Bus returns to O’Fallon for second pick up.
Second Departure – Hilton Garden Inn to The Chase Park Plaza
5:15 p.m. – Meet in lobby at The Hilton Garden Inn and board bus.
5:30 p.m. – Bus departs for St. Louis.
6:15 p.m. – Bus arrives at The Chase Park Plaza in St. Louis.
Return Departure – The Chase Park Plaza to the Hilton Garden Inn
9:30 p.m. – Meet in small lobby on Lindell St. side of The Chase. This is right outside the Gala ballroom.
9:45 p.m. – Bus departs for The Hilton Garden Inn.
10:15 p.m. – Bus arrives at The Hilton Garden Inn.

Directions: From the Hilton Garden Inn, take I-64/Hwy-40 west to (exit 36A) Kingshighway, north. Follow Kingshighway north 1 mile until you reach Lindell Blvd. Cross over Lindell and turn right into The Chase Park Plaza driveway.

Parking: Self park in The Chase Park Plaza Garage (entrance on Maryland Avenue) for $3 per vehicle or valet park at the Kingshighway entrance of The Chase for $10.
Child Care for the 30th Anniversary Gala @ Room Lindell D @ The Chase Park Plaza:
The NFED has hired St. Louis Wedding Sitters to provide child care for children (ages 0-12) of guests attending our 30th Anniversary Gala. The child care will be held in Room Lindell D at The Chase Park Plaza from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. The cost is free. However, free will donations will be accepted that night to help offset the costs. The Chase will provide a child’s meal at a cost to you of $20 per child. You must sign up by July 14th if you plan to use the child care.
