We ask that Gala attendees be age 13 or older.
Dinner will include the following:
- Choice of Entrée
- Chicken Capri, a broiled chicken breast with a smoked gouda and wild mushroom sauce and fresh rosemary roasted red potatoes
- Polenta Napoleon, layers of grilled veggies, spinach, and fontina cheese mushroom ragout
- A salad of an iceberg and romaine lettuce blend with julienne of carrots and zucchini, plum tomatoes, and a red onion creamy parmesan dressing.
- Assorted rolls and butter
- Chocolate Mousse Cake Dessert
- Gluten free attendees will be given the option of a fruit cup replacement.
- Drink choices of freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee or a selection of fine teas including iced tea.
All of the items listed above are gluten free with the exception of the dessert and rolls. We are also avoiding the use of peanuts and tree nuts. Please include any dietary restrictions on your registration so substitutions can be made where needed.
We must receive your registration no later than June 1, 2022 so meal selections can be submitted to our venue.
