Dr. Lewis is Professor in the Departments of Molecular and Human Genetics, Ophthalmology, Medicine, and Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He has twice been the recipient of the Physician’s Recognition Award from the American Medical Association, has given 13 named lectureships, and published more than 485 papers, chapters, and books in peer-reviewed journals.
